DeskripsiGerman instructional materials covering guiding course is one of the courses served in German study program for undergraduate level that prepares tourism practitioners. based on the observation and literature systematic literature review done,the instructional materials for guiding techniques that based on the corpus are still lack. For the reason, this study aims to develop the discussed issues. To achieve targets, two research questions are formulated, they are: how to develop the corpus for developing cultural tourism guide and what are the most frequently words, similar and different terms, unique words, and technical words used in cultural tourism destination which should be undertaken in developing German instructional materials. Research and Development modified by ADDIE with five steps was undertaken. The result revealed based on the five aspects: Cirrus which showed kind of word cloud showing the most frequent, Reader referring to an efficient corpus reader that fetches segments of text as you scroll, Trends: a distribution graph showing terms across the corpus (or terms within a document), Summary: a tool that provides a simple, textual overview of the current corpus, and Contexts: a concordance that shows each occurrence of a keyword with a bit of surrounding context.
