Deskripsi | This study aims to reveal the supervision model for primary school principals employed by the District Education Office (DEO) in Sleman. This study employed a qualitative research approach. In depth interviews and direct observation were used to collect data. The collected data, then were analyzed qualitatively. The results indicate that the DEO employed a top down supervision model for prmary school principals. This model is a cycel consisting of six stages including developing supervision program, monitoring, supervising, evaluating, analysing results, and providing feedback and follow up. Further, superintendents were involved and serving as a representative of the DEO. |
